Frequently asked questions

Questions about ordering custom jackets.

If you don’t find the question you are looking for, send a direct message. ↗

What is your minimum order quantity for jackets?

Our MOQ starts at 100 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within an order. Tell us your target quantity and we will quote accordingly.

Can you match my brand colour exactly?

Yes. Send a Pantone or TCX code, a fabric swatch or a reference garment and we dye to match. A lab dip is approved before bulk dyeing.

Can the jackets be waterproof or water-resistant?

Yes. We offer DWR finishes, PU coatings and taped seams depending on the fabric. Tell us how much rain protection you need and we will advise.

Which insulation do you use in puffer jackets?

We use polyester fill and recycled fills in a range of weights. Tell us the temperature range you are designing for and we will recommend the right fill.

How long do samples and bulk production take?

Samples usually take 10–14 days. Bulk production takes around 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and construction.

Can I add my own zips, labels and trims?

Yes. Zips, pullers, snaps, rib trims, neck labels and hang tags can all be customised, or sourced from your own supplier.

Which carriers do you ship with?

We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex and TNT for express orders, and arrange air or sea freight for bulk orders. We can also use your own forwarder.

Can you combine different logo techniques?

Yes. A jacket can carry embroidery on the chest, chenille on the back and a woven label on the hem. We advise what works best for your fabric.
